In the heart of the Old Port in Marseille, on the Cours Honoré-d’Estienne-d’Orves, the brasserie Meteor Marseille embodies a new way of thinking about restaurant architecture: immersive, contextual, and deeply rooted in its surroundings. Rehabilitated by the agency CNb.archi, the project takes place in the former premises of the newspaper La Marseillaise, transformed into a hybrid place where heritage, brewing culture and contemporary design meet.

Conceived as a true architectural journey, the restaurant unfolds over nearly 700 m² through a a succession of spaces with distinct identities. From the interior garden to the bar, from the convivial courtyard to the tasting workshop, each area offers a different experience while maintaining a seamless flow. This diversity allows for a wide variety of uses, from lunch to tastings, as well as meetings and events.

At Marseille, the brewery meteor transcends the simple framework of a restaurant to become a true living space. Through the organization of spaces, the choice of materials and the integration of graphic elements. The project offers a complete experience, combining design, culture and conviviality.

The interior design is based on a sensitive approach to the existing environment. The original walls are preserved. and left exposed, revealing the layers of the place. Wood, metal, raw stone and plaster make up a strong material palettereinforced by artistic interventions. The project thus develops an architectural style that is both raw and controlled. between heritage and contemporary intervention.
