Orium Residence

The project is distinguished by its dual scale: on one side, individual houses with gilded gable roofs, and on the other, two-story apartment buildings that interact with their surroundings. This formal and chromatic contrast offers an ideal playground for a photographer attentive to the texture and rhythm of the facades.
As an Alsatian architectural photographer, my goal is to reveal the quality of a project through light, lines, and perspectives. For Orium, a housing development designed by OSLO Architects for Barthodli Immobilier in Mundolsheim, I sought to capture the balance between density and softness, between urban rationality and landscape integration.

The entire photo essay was designed to serve several purposes: architectural communication, showcasing the firm’s expertise, participation in competitions, and of course, enriching my own portfolio. My sensitive yet rigorous photographic approach thus accompanies the narrative of a project at the crossroads of city and garden
During the photo shoot, I favored bright, natural light to highlight the metallic reflections, the sculpted volumes, and the continuous lines. The chosen angles aim to reveal the overall coherence of the project, while isolating significant details such as visual openings, transitions between public and private spaces, and the interplay of light and shadow on the facade.
