The Parc des Toriolets, located in Meythet-Annecy, is a large-scale urban development project designed by the firm Unanime. Scheduled for completion in 2025, this new neighborhood will offer approximately 175 housing units, a neighborhood concierge service, and a medical center, all designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing town center. Conceived around social diversity, generational inclusion, and quality of life, the project embodies a contemporary vision of residential urbanism.
The whole thing is based on entirely pedestrian and green public spacespromoting active transportation and interaction between residents. The 15,000 m² urban park structures the neighborhood with health trailshared spaces and landscape swales ideal for walking. The photo report highlights the relationship between architecture, landscape and uses, by revealing how built volumes interact with exterior layouts and circulation patterns.
