An architectural project focused on the patient journey
In the Bas-Rhin region, the outpatient center at Haguenau Hospital is part of a broader reflection on the evolution of hospital practices and adaptation to fluctuations in activity. Designed by the Emergence agency, this project places the patient journey at the heart of its approach, conceived as a seamless, clear, and reassuring experience.
The spatial organization is based on a logic of flow and forward movement, allowing the patient to clearly visualize the different stages of their care. This approach promotes a better understanding of the environment, reduces waiting times, and helps to decrease pre-operative stress, while also facilitating the work of the medical teams.
